Tan tananan tananan tan tan!! (2 gooold doublooons)

I originally intended to "unveil" my other pathetic attempt at expressing myself when the school year ended. I felt it wasn't ready, and I was shy. Then I realize how stupid of me to think that way. For one thing, the canvas is practically empty - so there's nothing to be shy about. Also, when has anyone ever felt ready for a new endeavor? D'oh, it's new! (and not plastic because I got 2 gold doubloons haha)

I hope you appreciate the clever and witty URL. Only you will know, so look if you care and keep it a secret.

Ha

It's been a while since I've posted anything substantial (though at times I consider my posts to be of useless banter with myself) and this new post is dedicated to pointing it out. But what constitutes a substantial blog? Is it a story worth telling? A rabid thought, unchained, set loose? An attempt to give birth to the unconscious? Or a secret? It could be all of this, or none at all. Whatever it is, it escapes me.

Much has happened over the holidays - from start to end, every day's agenda was, I'd like to think, blog-worthy. Some were stories worth telling. Some were ideas and emotions too savage to keep in. Some were inspiring. Would like to live a drama-free life, but the holidays were full of it to my dismay. For the record, bad things, drama, secrets - they exist for a reason, and in an attempt of absolution, this reason has to be good (my desire to live a drama-free life is selfish - new year, something to improve on). More than anything, the break reminded me of highschool. Sad, and also, not so.

To be honest with you, this was going to be a lengthy blog at first. Indeed, the holidays were full of interesting things to share. However, starting this blog at 4 in the morning while playing extremely foreign music with an unpacked suitcase waiting to be filled has led me to conclude that this is going to be another unsubstantial blog. It must be quite frustrating to read something useless. Imagine how frustrating it is to have the urge to write something out of pure early-morning-inspiration and then get side-tracked so easily.

Now let's not call this a complete waste. To be annoying and cryptic (as if you'd honestly care though), watch out for an unveiling.
